Okefenokee Swamp

Returning from one of my walkabouts down South, I decided to take a quick detour through the Okefenokee Swamp region in Southeast Georgia.
Great trip! I managed to get up close and personal with several of the local residents.

Alligator
Turkey Vultures are an important part of the ecosystem. In spite of their foreboding appearance and association with death, they would be sorely missed if not around.
